High Octane Lemonade Shakes Up the Las Vegas Bar & Restaurant Expo
The energy was electric in Las Vegas this year—and not just because of the neon lights. The High Octane Lemonade team rolled into the 2025 Bar & Restaurant Expo ready to make waves, and we didn’t disappoint. From March 24–26, industry professionals from all over the country gathered at the Las Vegas Convention Center for one of the biggest food and beverage events of the year. And right in the middle of the action? Our buzzing booth, filled with flavor, fun, and a whole lot of lemonade.
Making a Splash with Our Tasting Booth
We were proud to debut our tasting booth, which quickly became one of the hot spots on the show floor. Attendees lined up for a sample of our signature High Octane Lemonade—crafted with bold citrus flavor and a smooth kick that caught even seasoned mixologists off guard (in the best way possible).
Whether served straight, over ice, or mixed into a high-energy cocktail, our lemonade left a lasting impression. More than once, someone took a sip and immediately brought back a colleague, saying, “You have to try this.” Music to our ears.
Connecting with the Industry
The Bar & Restaurant Expo is a powerhouse gathering of bar owners, restaurateurs, distributors, mixologists, and beverage innovators. With over 10,000 attendees and hundreds of exhibitors, it’s a place to network, discover trends, and showcase what makes your product stand out. We were honored to be a part of it.
We had the chance to meet some amazing people in the industry—from small-batch spirit makers and bar program managers to nightlife influencers and hospitality consultants. The response to our product was overwhelmingly positive, and the conversations we had will help fuel our next phase of growth.
A Shoutout from Eve Bushman
One of the highlights? A visit from Eve Bushman, the well-known wine and spirits blogger behind Eve’s Wine 101. Known for her honest and insightful reviews, Eve stopped by our booth and sampled the lemonade. Her take? Refreshing, unique, and absolutely bar-worthy.

Recognized Among the Best
Another exciting moment at the expo? High Octane Lemonade was named a Top 3 Finalist for the “Best Alcoholic Beverage – Supplier Award”. Out of hundreds of entries, our bold, citrus-charged drink stood out for its originality, crowd appeal, and versatility behind the bar. Being recognized at this level—especially among so many incredible brands—was an honor and a huge vote of confidence in what we’re building. This finalist nod tells us one thing loud and clear: people are ready for something different, and High Octane is leading the charge.
Looking Ahead
